My research focuses on developing new laser sensing techniques and plasma-enabled devices for applications to high speed aerodynamics, combustion, remote sensing, and flow control. A particular focus area is on developing new and powerful laser-based spectroscopic techniques for harsh, high temperature environments containing non-equilibrium gases, liquid droplets and plasmas.
