Chaki, Sankar individual record
Research Assistant Professor
overview

My research seeks to understand the remodeling of the actin cytoskeleton in health and diseases (angiogenesis, cancer, brucellosis, anthrax, host-pathogen interaction). Our approaches include cell and molecular biology, genomics, proteomics, histopathology, immunology, biochemistry, vaccine encapsulation, and high-resolution microscopy. We use both cell culture (2D/3D) and animal models to study.
