abstract

Nonlinear Raman scattering is an emerging spectroscopy technique for non-invasive microscopic imaging. It can produce a fluorescence background free vibrational spectrum from a microscopic volume of a sample providing chemically specific information about its molecular composition. © 2009 SPIE.
